Michael has worked in strategy roles for high-growth businesses during periods of Private Equity ownership and IPO. He has founded several online businesses and advised leadership and management teams internationally.

Michael is a Certified Marshall Goldsmith Leadership coach, AI Coach and NLP Coach, Trainer, and Mentor. He has developed online programmes for The Henley Business School and is currently researching the best ways to use AI-augmented coaching to help clients develop their skills and capabilities effectively.
