Maine Associates was founded in 2005 by Director and principal consultant David Regler.

An experienced business consultant and coach, David has worked with a diverse portfolio of organisations, including start-ups, SMEs, charities and multinationals.

His commercial sector experience includes digital, technology and creative industries, as well as professional and business services.

David specialises in helping leaders and management teams resolve challenges and deliver strategic objectives through facilitated workshops and away days and one-to-one coaching.

He brings a deep understanding of business planning and analysis, revenue generation/diversification, as well as scaling-up through developing teams, management systems and processes.
