A medium-sized charity engaged with various VCSE sector organisations and partner agencies sought to develop a new partnership model to enhance collaboration and sustainability.
The CEO, in the role for less than 12 months, recognised potential resistance to the proposed plans and enlisted Maine Associates to facilitate the development of this partnership model.
