Through a government-funded business development programme, we were engaged to work with the CEO of a specialist IT consultancy and software development company based in London with clients in several countries across Europe.
As the founder, the client had an ambitious vision but found it difficult to step back from day-to-day projects, which was holding back their plans for growth.
We provided growth coaching to help them think through their strategy and create an actionable plan to reach the next level. This included hiring key roles internally, building a new delivery partnership and raising additional finance.
In addition to the initial strategy and planning sessions, we supported the CEO with regular coaching reviews to help keep on track.
