As part of a collaboration between the private and public sectors, Maine Associates was commissioned to design and deliver a programme of facilitated development events to grow a community of digital businesses.
Based in a new £1.8 million co-working space, we worked closely with the commercial owner and operator of the building to understand its unique culture and purpose to ensure that we developed solutions that were aligned and authentic.
Our Approach:
- Stakeholder Engagement: Consulted widely with community members and ecosystem partners to inform the programme design.
- Bespoke Event Programme: Developed and delivered a range of facilitated events, from roundtables and lightning talks, to peer learning opportunities and leadership forums.
- Network Development: In addition to activating the physical space, we partnered with our client to launch a digital network , further extending engagement into the wider community.
The Result:
Through a sustained and comprehensive offering of development events and collaboration opportunities, our client and its partners achieved its goal of building a thriving community, as well as creating an expanding network to drive future value and economic impact.
